Biography:

Sauve is a federal practitioner, former prosecutor, and fierce advocate known for delivering bold, strategic representation in immigration, bankruptcy, tax, and federal litigation matters. With courtroom experience earned in Georgia’s busiest criminal courts and a solid background in business and project management, she brings a rare combination of legal precision, practical strategy, and unshakable resolve.

Her legal journey is a testament to tenacity. Attorney Sonkey completed law school in just 2.4 years while raising 4 children. She started law school with a newborn and gave birth to another child during her studies, yet still managed to graduate early. Despite the demands of motherhood and rigorous academics, she not only persevered but excelled. Her clients benefit from more than her legal knowledge. They gain an advocate with lived experience, resilience, and relentless commitment.

She represents clients across the United States in complex federal matters including civil rights litigation, immigration lawsuits, Bankruptcy (Utah) and federal tax disputes. She also advises individuals and small businesses on financial recovery, regulatory compliance, and estate planning.

Originally from Cameroon, Attorney Sonkey immigrated to the United States at 17 years old. Her path to the law is grounded in courage, shaped by purpose, and driven by a passion to empower others through justice. She meets challenges head-on and wins for her clients with intelligence, intensity, and integrity
